Infosys Limited having its registered office at Electronics City, Hosur Road, Bangalore – 560100, including its subsidiaries, associates and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as “Infosys”) has a requirement to collect and process Personal Information (“PI”) or Sensitive Personal Data or Information (“SPDI”), together “Personal Data”, from you (the “you/your”) in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“Rules”). The term PI as used herein shall mean any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with a Body Corporate, is capable of identifying such person.

• XII^th: CGPA, Name of Board, School Name, Year of Passing, State, Country
• Diploma (if applicable): CGPA, Specialization/ Branch, Institute Name, University Name, Year of Passing, State, Country
• Graduation: CGPA, Specialization/ Branch, Institute Name, University Name, Year of Passing, State, Country
• Post-Graduation (if applicable): CGPA, Specialization/ Branch, Institute Name, University Name, Year of Passing, State, Country. 

Purpose of Processing:

Your Personal Data will be used:

• To assist in the recruitment, selection, and other associated processes.
• To carry out various employer-related activities, if you are selected to join the organization. 
• For internal management on status updates between authorized users; 
• For defending any claim in a potential or actual investigation/litigation.

Secondary Purpose:

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions. Where and whenever necessary, we will seek your prior consent to the new processing, unless authorized by law.

Data Recipients / Accessible to:

Your Personal Data collected by Infosys will be stored with internal teams, such as Talent acquisition or administration, Employee relations, Education, training and assessment, Compensation and benefits, and with our authorized third-party service providers who may require access to the same for processing in relation to the above stated purpose(s).

Data transfer (International): 

Personal Data listed above may be transferred to our offices located globally, and to our authorized third-party service providers’ servers.

Data Storage:

Your personal data will be stored in our AWS server located in India.

Data Security:

Infosys adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data

Data Retention:

Personal Data will not be retained for a period more than necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice and thereafter will be disposed of in a secure manner.

Your Rights (as per applicable DP laws):

You are entitled at any time to access or rectify your Personal Data. These rights may be exercised by writing to us at privacy@infosys.com.

You understand that Infosys Limited will store your Personal Data for the duration of the recruitment process and thereafter for a period of three years.
