Please note that the survey is purely optional and completely anonymous (i.e. no personally identifiable data will be collected). Your responses provided here would be processed for the purpose of understanding the employee preferences and requirement regarding benefits in aggregate level, also to decide future strategies in order to enhance the benefits processes. Your survey responses will be stored on Infosys servers in India and on our authorized vendor’s cloud servers, where applicable. Such records/responses in aggregate form will be accessible only to Infosys internal authorized teams such as HR Benefits team, STG team, etc. and our authorized benefit provider. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, your data will be safely deleted from our systems. Infosys adopts reasonable and appropriate security practices and procedures including administrative, physical security, and technical controls in order to safeguard your Personal Data.
